How much time do I have to return?

For your convenience, all products purchased from our store, you can return within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. The products you wish to return should be intact and without signs of use.

What documents should I attach to the parcel?

We encourage you to attach to the parcel an information sheet with contact information allowing you to identify your order, as well as proof of purchase - they are not absolutely required, but they make the whole procedure easier and faster.

The statutory deadline is 14 days, while we try to make the refund within 5-7 days.
